Currently work in Xiaobing.ai. Graduated from Columbia University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. My research interests include Pretraining of Large Language Models, Informative Dialogue Systems, Domain (Multimodal) Adaptation and Autonomous Agents.

I started out my research career when I worked as a NLP Researcher in AI R&D Center of Huawei under the lead of Alfred Shen and Cheng Li. After that, I joined Xiaobing under the direct supervision of Baoyuan Wang and collaborated with colleagues and guided interns to deep dive into the era of AGI. Obviously, still a long way to go.

Conference Reviewer: ACL, EMNLP
